Mechanical Maniacs is a long-running FIRST LEGO League Challenge team based in Palm Bay, Florida. We blend robotics, archaeology, and community journalism so UNEARTHED artifacts feel alive.

Our team pairs each artifact story with a student lead who coordinates interviews, robot missions, and exhibit materials.

What defines us
Our mentors got their start with the Seminole County Robotics Association more than a decade ago. Mechanical Maniacs has since earned Core Values and Presentation awards at Central Florida qualifiers, thanks to a culture that balances serious research with goofy prototype sessions.
